1. Mobile Detailing Scope & Operations

Velocity Auto Labs provides self-contained mobile automotive detailing, paint correction, and ceramic protection at the client's designated location. Execution is performed in accordance with manufacturer-certified chemical protocols and ambient temperature tolerances.

2. Booking & Site Access Protocols SECTION 02

To maintain operational efficiency and safety across all mobile operations, clients must ensure adequate site conditions prior to mobile unit arrival:

  • Site Authorization: The client confirms that the detailing location (private driveway, residential parking bay, or commercial office lot) allows on-site automotive servicing.
  • Vehicle Preparation: All personal belongings, child car seats, and high-value items must be removed from the cabin prior to appointment start time. Velocity Auto Labs is not liable for loose items.
  • Key Access: Vehicle keys or smart entry access must be surrendered at the scheduled service arrival time. Late hand-offs exceeding 20 minutes are subject to rescheduling.

3. Rescheduling & Weather Conditions SECTION 03

Precision detailing requires controlled atmospheric conditions. We apply strict scheduling parameters to protect both customer vehicles and technician safety:

  • Advance Notice: Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service window.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made under 24 hours of arrival window are assessed a non-refundable $50 dispatch offset fee.
  • Adverse Weather Clause: In cases of rain, high winds exceeding 25mph, or ambient temperatures below 40°F, Velocity Auto Labs reserves the right to postpone service to ensure coating and chemical curing integrity.

4. Payment Terms & Billing Authorization

All transactions are processed through encrypted 256-bit automated settlement systems. Final balances become payable immediately upon service completion and walk-around inspection.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability Boundaries SECTION 05

Our certified technicians document existing vehicle conditions via high-definition digital inspection prior to initiating service:

  • Pre-Existing Damage: Velocity Auto Labs is not responsible for clear-coat failure, rock chips, oxidization peeling, or brittle interior trim damaged prior to arrival.
  • Mechanical & Electrical: Detailing involves water and steam applications; engine bay services are conducted strictly with low-pressure moisture-shield techniques. Pre-existing electrical faults remain the owner's responsibility.
  • Post-Service Inspection: A joint 360-degree vehicle inspection is conducted with the client upon completion to verify all deliverables.

6. Automated SMS & Communications Consent SECTION 06

By submitting an online booking or service request, you authorize Velocity Auto Labs to send appointment confirmations, dispatch tracking alerts, job completion notifications, and electronic invoices via SMS text messages and email.

  • Message frequency varies according to appointment scheduling and service updates.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • You may opt out of automated SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or text HELP for operational assistance.
